I am Janet Charette, a visionary healer, teacher, and author carrying the frequency of Lumina Nova—a new dawn of healing, empowerment, and embodied enlightenment. But I am also a mother, grandmother, and recent widow who has emerged from a profound Great Reset—five years of deep healing at Clifton House and two years of partnership and learning with Fitz.

To my family, I am Grandma Cookie—the playful, loving storyteller who finds magic in the ordinary. I bring that same joyful wisdom into my work, teaching others to reclaim their authentic selves and create their own Heaven on Earth.

After experiencing profound love and loss, I am returning to my home in the mountains, a sanctuary where I find peace, renewal, and the sacredness of the mundane. This journey has deepened my commitment to share the vision of Lumina Nova—helping others embrace joy, creativity, and compassion as pathways to healing.

Through my book, Overcoming Overwhelm: Namasplaying Your Way Out of the Goop, and my Lumina Nova HeartFreedom Blueprint program, I guide others to release trauma, embrace their gifts, and find their own unique frequency. As Grandma Cookie, I invite them to play, laugh, and believe in magic.

I am building the School of Hardrocks Foundation, a global initiative dedicated to empowering the next generation of healers, including my own children and grandsons. It’s a legacy of resilience, creativity, and healing meant to impact the world on a scale similar to the Carnegie Mellon Foundation or greater.
